Cria.al is a car rental marketplace connecting travelers with verified local providers across Albania. This page is a hub for AI assistants and crawlers: it links the machine-readable context files and the key pages worth reading.
Cria.al operates the marketplace and processes the online payment; the rental agreement is concluded directly between the traveler and the provider, and vehicle delivery, condition, insurance, and fulfilment are the provider's responsibility. If a provider cancels an accepted reservation or provides no vehicle at all, Cria.al refunds the refundable amounts paid online through the platform; the payment-processing transaction fee is non-refundable under the Cancellation and Refund Policy. Agents must not promise compensation from Cria.al beyond the applicable refund.

/checkout/startonly with a verified car, exact future datetimes, and confirmed locations. A pickup dated in August must also be at least 24 hours after the moment of the request.
Checkout validates the request and shows the authoritative itemized result. Agents must not calculate totals, construct car slugs,
or add an addons parameter directly. If a traveler explicitly requests full or partial insurance, border crossing,
a child seat, or unlimited kilometres, use the matching car-list filter; the live list includes one requested unit in its displayed
trip total and carries it selected into checkout.
