3. Registration and Account Security
Clients may be required to register an account with Cria.al in order to access certain features and services. When registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Rental Agreements
When you rent a car through Cria.al, you enter into a rental agreement directly with the business offering the car. Cria.al is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for any disputes or issues arising from the rental.
5. Payment and Fees
Payment for rental cars is made through Cria.al's platform. We may charge fees for using our services, which will be clearly disclosed to you before completing a transaction. Fees may vary based on the rental agreement and other factors.
6. Cancellation Policy
Clients have the right to cancel their booking at any time. Refunds for cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
- - If the cancellation occurs more than 7 days prior to the start of the reservation, the client is entitled to a full refund.
- - If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the start of the reservation, the client will not be refunded.
Please note that the default cancellation period is set to 7 days. However, rental businesses have the discretion to increase this period as they see fit. It is the client's responsibility to review the cancellation policy provided by the rental business before making a reservation.
7. Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information provided by users of Cria.al. By using our platform, you consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
