What it can do
- Find the cars free for your whole trip at Tirana and Kukës airports and in cities across Albania
- Compare prices for the whole trip, with the extras you ask for included: full or partial insurance, a child seat, unlimited kilometres, or permission to drive into another country
- Narrow the search by gearbox, car type, fuel, number of seats, budget, or cars with no deposit
- Tell you about one car: its deposit, the minimum driver age, until when cancellation is free, the insurance included, where you can pick it up and the delivery fees, and how you can pay at pickup
- Plan a one-way trip that starts and ends in different places
- Give you links to Cria.al in English, Albanian, German, French, Italian, Spanish or Polish
What it does not do
- Book or hold a car. You book on Cria.al, which checks that the car is still free, and your booking is confirmed once the rental company accepts it.
- Take a payment or ask for your card details.
- See your Cria.al account, or change, cancel or refund a booking. Do that from your booking on Cria.al, or contact us.
- Work out a price itself. Every price comes from Cria.al, for your exact dates.
Claude and other AI assistants
Any assistant that can connect to an MCP server, often called a custom connector, can search Cria.al the same way. Add this address. It needs no sign-in or key.

Your privacy
Besides technical data about the request, the assistant sends Cria.al only your trip: the places, dates and times, the filters and extras you asked for, the car you ask about, and your language. Cria.al never receives your name, email, phone number, payment details or conversation. Your searches are not linked to a Cria.al account, and the logs are deleted within seven days. You can disconnect Cria.al from your assistant at any time.

Does it cost anything?
No. Cria.al charges nothing for searching through an assistant. You pay only for a car you book, at the price checkout shows.
Is the price ChatGPT gives me the final price?
It is the price Cria.al shows for those dates and the extras you asked for. Checkout confirms the final amount before you pay, and shows what you pay online and what you pay at pickup. The security deposit is separate.
Is the car mine once ChatGPT finds it?
Not yet. A car is booked only on Cria.al, which checks that it is still free for your dates, and your booking is confirmed once the rental company accepts it.
Do I need a Cria.al account?
Not to search. When you book, you can continue as a guest with your email address, and Cria.al creates your account for you.
I cannot find Cria.al in ChatGPT
Apps in ChatGPT are not available in every country or on every plan. You can connect Cria.al to another assistant, or search on Cria.al directly.
Can it change or cancel my booking?
No. The assistant only searches. Manage your booking from your account on Cria.al, or contact us.
