Partial insurance covers 80% of the cost for covered damages; the remaining 20% is paid by you.
Covers damage or injury you cause to other people, their vehicle, or their property. It does not cover damage to the rental car you are driving. If the other party is at fault, their insurance covers the damage. A police report is required.
Covers damage to the rental car caused by a road accident or collision. Important: for accidental damage, a police report is often required. If the police do not come, you should be able to show that you made every possible effort to call them. After any accident, take clear photos of the damage and the full scene (car position, road signs, plates), and send them to the rental company.
Covers damage caused by natural events such as hail, flooding, storm, falling branches, or similar weather incidents.
Covers damage that happens while the car is parked, such as dents or scratches, including cases where the other party is unknown. If available, take photos and try to obtain proof (nearby cameras, witnesses, parking ticket, or any useful detail).
Covers broken or cracked windows and damage to mirrors, such as windshield, side windows, rear window, and side mirrors.
Covers tyre damage such as puncture or blowout. Wheel or rim damage is not included.
Covers theft of the vehicle or attempted theft that causes damage. A police report is typically required, and you may be asked to provide supporting documents (for example key return confirmation and incident details).
Covers damage to the underside of the vehicle, such as the oil pan, exhaust, suspension parts, or underbody panels.
Provides help in case of breakdown or immobilization, such as towing, on site repair when possible, battery jump start, or lock out support. If the car cannot continue, a replacement vehicle may be provided when available and when required by the assistance service.
Important note
In case of an incident, act quickly: ensure everyone is safe, contact the police when required, take clear photos, and upload all requested evidence on the website. If you selected only basic coverage, keep in mind that many types of damage to the rental car may remain your responsibility. Always review what is included before you drive.

car was not an AUDI Q5 - we got a BMW X5 - older one - on the way back the air condition was not working
Hello, Thank you for taking the time to review your experience with us. However, we feel that your review is confusing and do not reflect what occurred. Due to the unavailability of the Audi Q5, we offered you a similar SUV with comparable specifications: automatic transmission, panoramic sunroof, and diesel engine. You originally booked a 2015 Audi Q5, and instead received a 2016 BMW X5, as shown in our listings. The BMW X5 was provided at the same price and is a significant upgrade, so we do not fully understand the dissatisfaction regarding the vehicle itself. Regarding the air conditioning, we are also confused by this claim. According to your review, the air conditioning worked perfectly during the whole duration of your rental and then suddenly stopped working. This issue was never reported to us during the rental period. It is standard practice to report such problems so that we can assist or provide a solution. When the vehicle was returned, our staff tested it and found that the air conditioning was functioning normally. One possible explanation is that the A/C activation button was accidentally turned off. If this button is not engaged, the system will blow air but will not cool it. Overall, we feel that the review does not correspond with the facts as we experienced them, and we would appreciate any clarification regarding these concerns. Kind regards

I tried to rent a VW Golf from 2 other people here but they were already booked so finally i was able to book from this company. Good experience. Just an advice rent your car 2-3 weeks before you arrive.
